Tammie Beer, President

Tammie Beer, President

Tammie has worked exclusively in the architectural/interior design industry since she graduated with a BS degree in Interior Design from Florida State University in 2000.  She gained practical knowledge working with an architectural/engineering firm right out of collage where she honed her skills in space planning, millwork details and computer drafting.  This allowing her to master coordination of construction documents.  These fundemental skills carried over and made her a great asset for her next steps into the Hospitality Design world.  Working for a top 100 Hospitality Design firm for 8 years, she developed her technical knowledge of the design process and was instrumental in properly coordinating the interiors with architects, engineers and clients.  This was a essential step in her career and a major building block to later starting HDB Design Group, LLC with her business partners in 2010.  In 2016 she became President of HDB Design Group where with great support from her team leads HDB Design Group to the great success they have had for the past fourteen plus years.


Daina DeAngelo, Vice President

Daina DeAngelo, Vice President

Daina’s design career began in New York City in January 1981 after graduating fro the New York Institute of Technology with a BFA in Interior Design.  She travelled south and joined a Top 100 Hospitality Design Firm (Wm. B. Dodson, Inc) in January 1990.  During the next twenty years, Daina’s design talents were instrumental in completing countless successful projects on all levels.  She understands the unique challenges of hospitality design, which requires elements of longevity and functionality.  She possesses an innate skill of combining simple classic design with timeless grace and individuality.  A co-owner and Vice President of HDB Design Group, LLC since 2010, Daina has been a big contributer of it’s success.


Coleen Andrade, Procurment Manager

Coleen Andrade, Procurment Manager

Coleen began her career in the Hospitality Industry in 1994 and has continued to expand her knowledge and expertise througout the past 30+ years.  Her background in freight forwarding and customs house brokerage gave her the perfect experience to launch her career in the procurement field.  Coleen is a procurment master, with expertise encompassing all aspects of purchasing: planning and scheduling, creating purchase orders, meticulous order tracking, and efficient project management. One of Coleen’s most valuable assets is her long-standing relationships with vendors and factory representatives.  This fosters trust, facilitates smooth communication, and allows her to handle projects with unwavering confidence.


Stephanie Mosbauer, Senior Designer

Stephanie Mosbauer, Senior Designer

Stephanie began her design career in 1999, quickly discovering her passion for hospitality design. With over 25 years of experience, she's worked on a variety of independent and brand hotels across the United States. As a Senior Designer at HDB Design Group, Stephanie excels at space planning and creating functional yet stylish guest experiences. She works collaboratively with architects and contractors throughout every project phase, ensuring the client's vision, whether contemporary or traditional, is translated into reality. Stephanie understands the importance of working within budget constraints while selecting high-quality, commercially-rated furniture and finishes.


Angela Ger Bauries, Designer

Angela’s design career started in 2019 working for a local residential design firm as a design coordinator while pursuing her degree – where she discovered her passion for design. She graduated from Daytona State College in 2021 with an AS degree in Interior Design, and joined the team of HDB Design Group shortly after. Angela’s appreciation of all the different styles allows her to bring fresh and creative ideas to every projects. She acknowledges the intricate details and the extensive knowledge that are involved with hospitality design, and views them as opportunities to learn and grow with the forever evolving industry. “I feel very fortunate to be part of the HDB team especially getting to work with a group of women with tremendous talent.”


Hazal Zhuang, CAD Designer/Project Manager

Hazal Zhuang, CAD Designer/Project Manager

Hazel joined HDB Design Group in 2021 as a CAD drafting and design specialist. She obtained her CAD drafting degree from Daytona State College and has years of experience in the manufacturing and trading business fields, although she is new to hospitality. Hazel is highly attentive to detail and can manage multiple tasks effectively. She creates accurate construction documents with efficiency and ensures adherence to different brand standards. Additionally, Hazel provides project design assistance as needed.


Shivika Dua, Designer

Shivika Dua, Designer

Prior to joining HDB Design Group in November, 2022 Shivika Practiced as a freelancer Interior designer in India where she was responsible for design development, creating 2D and 3D drawings and site supervision. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Amity University, India. She believes that interior Design is not only about creating spectacular spaces but also shaping people’s lives and that makes her love her profession most. She continues to work with great intent to make her thoughts and vision turn to reality.


Caitlin Christopher, Administrative Assistant

Caitlin Christopher, Administrative Assistant

Caitlin joined HDB Design Group in 2021 as an administrative assistant.  Being new to the Hospitality Industry she caught on quickly and has been expanding her knowledge of design and all brand standard specifications.  She works closely with the designers to make sure they have everything they need for their projects.  She is especially talented at analyzing floor plans and creating guestroom grids and matrixes.  Caitlin is the first smiling face you see in the office and is great at keeping the office up and running smoothly.


Courtney Guillermone, Accounting

Courtney Guillermone, Accounting

Courtney is a motivated and committed accounting clerk who has been with the HDB team since Aug of 2021. She began her accounting and clerical experience while working for a local large car dealership in 2019. Her ability to prepare financial reports, process vendor and customer invoices, and analyze financial transactions helps improve the company’s daily operations. Courtney believes that being dependable and trustworthy brings out the best in you and the company. During her time at HDB, Courtney has built strong client and vendor relationships and broadened her field of knowledge to include sales tax preparation. Courtney has ambitions to continue her education and skills even further.
